SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of physical products purchased through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within [1–5] business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise stated.

Processing time refers to the time required to verify, prepare, and package your order before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

We reserve the right to extend processing times during:

  • High-volume periods

  • Product launches or promotions

  • Holidays

  • Unforeseen operational delays

If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Transit times are determined by the shipping carrier and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Local disruptions

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once the order has been shipped.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

All shipping charges are displayed before completing your purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our verified error.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees.

  • Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Failure to pay customs fees that results in returned shipments will not qualify for a shipping refund.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for inaccurate or delayed tracking updates.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping charges.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to unsecured locations

  • Incorrect delivery by the carrier

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We may assist at our discretion but are not obligated to issue replacements or refunds.

8. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and item immediately.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  3. Include your order number and supporting images.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

9. FAILED DELIVERY & RETURN TO SENDER

If a package is:

  • Refused

  • Unclaimed

  • Undeliverable

and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs

  • Any carrier return fees

Refunds for refused or unclaimed shipments will exclude original shipping costs and any incurred fees.

10. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (eBOOKS)

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping.

Upon successful payment, digital products are considered delivered once access or download instructions are provided.

11. RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss and title for physical goods pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages occurring after shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

This Refund & Returns Policy ("Policy") governs purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. GENERAL POLICY

All sales are subject to this Policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or service to anyone who violates this Policy, engages in fraudulent activity, or abuses our return system.

We may update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.

2. RETURNS – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We accept returns within 15 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of odors (including perfume, smoke, deodorant, etc.).

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • The item must not be marked as Final Sale.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return Authorization Required

To initiate a return, you must email:

If your return request is approved, return instructions will be emailed to you. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Funds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product.

  • Processing times by banks or payment providers may vary and are outside of our control.

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if returned items show signs of wear, damage, or missing components.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our verified error.

4. NO EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different size, color, or product, you must:

  1. Return the eligible item (subject to this Policy), and

  2. Place a new order separately.

Inventory is not reserved during the return process.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, including eBooks and downloadable materials, are:

  • Final Sale

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-exchangeable

Due to the immediate access and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all digital purchases are considered delivered once access is granted.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital purchase, contact:

We will provide reasonable assistance to ensure access, but refunds will not be issued for digital products.

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

You must inspect your order upon delivery.

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of your claim.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

8. DELIVERY, RISK OF LOSS & LIABILITY

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Customs delays or fees for international shipments

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.

9. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD PREVENTION

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

  • Contest the chargeback with supporting documentation

  • Suspend or restrict future purchases

  • Report suspected fraudulent activity

We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve concerns efficiently.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We make no guarantees beyond those expressly stated in this Policy.

Nothing in this Policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
